I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY THIGHS NOT TO TOUCH!

I, for one, cannot wait until the day that my thighs do not rub together! (If that ever even happens). What are you looking most forward to?! / What body part are you most looking forward to seeing a change in?!

OMG! This is my goal too! it has yet to happen but this is my goal! I can't wait for the day!0

I am down to 143 and they still touch when I walk. So frustrating!! I am hoping that changes soon. Good luck with your journey!0
-
I think that would be awesome! I honestly can't remember my thighs not touching, though-- even when I was skinnier. So I'll settle for .... touch less. lol!0

I've heard this referred to as 'chub rub'
I am beginning to believe that while this has lessened in me by leaps and bounds, I may not be bowlegged enough to ever not have chub rub. It would be nice to be wrong about this though0 -
I would agree. A thigh gap is one of my main motivations. I want it ridiculously bad.0
-
I'm looking forward to a flatter stomach!0
-
I can't wait for my breasts to get smaller and for my butt to lift up a little bit.

I can't wait to lose the muffin top when I wear jeans!0
-
Oh my god..... if that ever happened I don't know what I would do. Even to cross my legs more comfortably would make me happy, lol.
This is now a new goal......0 -
thinner thighs, smaller butt & smaller gut.0
-
thighs.. yes
I want to get rid of my muffin top0 -
omg thats the thing im looking forward to most! lol
i still want a big butt >.> so im hoping it doesnt get too small.. and im not too worried about the breasticles, ill just get a boob job if they get too small.
also really looking forward to a time when i can look in the mirror and actually see a difference in my body. its nice to notice clothes fitting better, but i wanna SEE it in the mirror too0 -
Hm... When I was 120 lbs (I'm 5'8"), my thighs rubbed together. Is that because I was "skinny fat" (I was), or because peoples' thighs just touch each other? I always assumed that was just part of humanity, like how my arm will always touch the side of my rib cage.
I look forward to being able to wear ANY pants without muffin top! I started almost looking like I had muffin top naked, so I'll be thrilled to put on even my snug jeans with no top. LOL0 -
Flatter tummy and no more muffin top!!0
-
I cant wait for my gross stomach roll to go away!!
I know some of it is loose skin from my weight loss, but it's so depressing to look in the mirror and see my stomach just sagging.
It just clings onto me like a parasite >_< ick! Can't wait to get rid of it!0 -
Hate to be the one to rain on your parade but when I was 112 lbs and below healthy BMI, my thighs still touched! I think it depends on your morphology...0
-
I've got my gap back. What I really want is more definition and less "fluff" on my arms. I seem to carry my weight in my upper body.0
-
I cannot wait for no inner thigh fat and for my stomach to be tonned and flat. I hate looking like a roly poly in those areas. lol0
-
I HATE my thighs rubbings. I can't wear skirts, dressed or shorts for this reason. Even if I wear long pants I have to wear skin tight yoga pants underneath so the skin doesn't get rashes so over it!!0

I already hit this milestone. My thighs and arms are the first place I lose. What I really want to see shrink is my belly (wouldn't mind the DDs shrinking some, too!).0
-
Me too!!!
I am so very close...there is just a tiny bit that still touches. I hope to have that gone by the end of the year.
Squats and lunges are good for it...also I started doing a move last night (I don't know the official term for it) but you get in a squat position and then sway back and forth staying in the squat position....YEE-OUCH! My thighs are still burning from last night.0 -
ALSO LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS!0
-
Thighs... and my belly shrinking so I can wear my new jeans I never got to wear because of my tummy.0
-
I want to get rid of the back boob effect! YUCK!!0
-
I want my GUT to go away - I dont need great abs just a flat stomach area!!!!0
-
i NEVER wear shortpants... and it would seem that people don't wear jeans anymore! wth!! sooo i am looking forward to my legs getting small enough that i can confidently and comfortably wear shorts in public. :bigsmile:0
-
I look forward to a flatter tummy mostly but i would like my arms to have a nice shape... the best way to get rid of the inner thigh problem is do lots of different lunges,,, lunge to feel them burning.... Good luck everyone..0

I can't wait to get rid of my ninja double chin! I don't think have any issues with it until someone takes a profile shot of me, and then I'm always so shocked that's what I look like! Oh God!
My thighs love each other, and I will never lose enough weight for them to stop rubbing. Thanks to slightly malformed hips, I can't even walk with my toes pointed directly forward, and my gait ends up being a very ladylike one in front of the other, making running pretty funny to watch.0 -
I think that's the ideal overall--but unless you are bowl legged your inner thighs are going to rub! of course is not the same when they're batteling one ahead of the other when I'm walking! LOL! Definitely! I would look much smaller if my thighs were not so thick! They are my wrost enemy!0

It is not realistic, healthy nor attractive to have your thighs not touch. I am not sure where that thought came from in our society, but try to see that part of your body differently. I wish you luck on your weight loss but take a lookat some pics of women's legs that do not touch and ask yourself if that is truly how you want to look . I am a woman who loves legs (maybe I should say, covets nice legs) and I think skinny legs are not attractive.
Just something to consider.
Good Luck0
