I have been getting constant headaches lately. I mean so bad that they make me nauseous, but when I workout they do go away. I was just wondering what can be triggering them and how exercise helps?
Thanks

Do you take suppliments and if so what are they?
Do you drink or eat anything during or prior to your workouts?
I used to get headaches in the summer but they would go away when I went to the gym or running. I figured out that the Gatorade I drank during my workouts was getting rid of the headaches. You may be low on sodium or dehydrated if you are sweating alot.0 -

All I take is fish oil, which I have been taking for years and never experienced headaches from. I drink water before and during a workout and drink 1% milk after0 -
Water is usually the answer.0
