I saw this in the recipe section.
'light' cool whip (great value brand),
Jello brand sugar free low calorie vanilla pudding mix
Libby pure pumpkin
pumpkin spice of course.
I added up everything & the total is 410 calories for the WHOLE BOWL. The whole bowl has 3 cups, so if you have 1/2 cup per serving it"d be 68.33 calories per serving. Not too dang bad & it's so dang good!!!
You could sprinkle it with low fat Graham Crackers
There is nothing you could do to Stuffing to make it low cal.
For the Veggies, just don't put any canned soup on top and you'll be fine.

There's some great sugar free crustless pumpkin pie recipe's. It's more like a pumpkin custard but is very satisfying and others can eat it and not feel deprived. Sugar free jello pudding and making a crum crust with coconut oil and almond meal vs graham crackers and butter is a good dessert too. Same goes for sliced apples, cinnamon and stevia. As for stuffing, haven't found anything worth a darn for that but I have found roasted yams with rosemary or cumin work as a satisfying side in its place. Look into any cooking clean site or low carb site for ideas. Winter squash is also a good side for the holiday meals. It's amazing what a little stevia and cinnamon can do to make it festive AND healthy.TVP breakfast sausage works out pretty nice to to help reduce traditional stuffing recipe calories. Just think clean and unprocessed and it will help out a lot. Nut meal over crust or go crustless, yogurt over sour cream, well you get the idea.0
