Just started using myfitnesspal. Really like the driod app and the scanning feature. My goal is to change my lifestyle and I hope by doing this I lose 40lbs :)

If anyone has any tips please let me know. Thank you!

    You are in the right place to drop your 40 pounds....You can do it. Just make sure you log every day faithfully! Even on a bad day, be sure to log. Keeps you honest and those numbers don't lie! Good luck!
