Yes. I tried giving myself a little psych boost in October by editing my weight to show a loss of nearly 30 pounds because that is close to what my goal was for that point in this journey. It worked a little bit. :)

    Never.

What would be the point? Only cheating myself.

    On multiple levels.

It would defeat the whole purpose of logging.
  • I used to not log on my cheat days, and I did a couple of weeks ago. That was a HORRENDOUS shock....BUT it helped me grow. It helped me through a tough moment and it helped me to understand why I was doing it.

As far as estimations - I am good at over estimating rather than under estimating. I'd rather log too much than not enough.

I try to be honest with myself as much as I hate seeing the minus red numbers. Even after really bad days I will try my best to log in. The only days I won't log everything is if its just too much work or what I ate would be difficult to track.

No. It like faking an orgasm. If you fake it you'll never truly get what you want.

I faked the food diary for the first time last week during binge fest. My awesome friends on here convinced me to log the ugly too. Doesn't get uglier than a 4,000 calorie binge.
