mustard and a spoon full of rellish... if you have to go mayo, read the labes...the light stuff is often not as healthy as you may think... The oilve oil mayo could be a good last option.0

My husband can't STAND mayo or anything else with that texture, so no sour cream, yogurt, miracle whip, etc., so here are some of my tuna salad variations:
Tuna & Hummus
Tuna & flash-sauteed & pureed eggplant
Tuna, finely minced celery & onion, basalmic vinegar
Tuna slaw-- tuna, cabbage, apple vinegar and a touch of sugar [think vinegar slaw with tuna added]0 -
Try Nayonaise! It's the vegan mayo. You can find in health food stores. It looks a bit different, but it tastes the same.0
