HELP!
I joined MFP 3 weeks ago and my first two weeks were a complete success!! i was sooo excited about how much weight i lost and now i'm in the third week and already feeling i'm stuck in a slump  . . . . . what am i doing wrong? i still eat the same amounts of food and excercise the same . . . . is it normal for my weight loss to have slowed down already?
would eating 200-300 calories less than my daily goal have anything to do with it??

Are you doing the same exercises daily? I recently joined a gym and everyday that I'm there I go on the treadmill. Then one day I'll work on my abs (I hope to get that somewhat FLAT), my legs and then my arms. My PT told me not to work on the same stuff, it's better to do things differently.
I hope this helps you....

3 weeks isnt a long enough sample size to determine if your program is working. Your initial success was probably H2O loss.
Keep at it and see where you are in a couple months. Make adjustments from there.0 -
Don't eat less than your daily goal. Based on your fitness goals, MFP has already done the calculations for you and has accounted for the appropriate caloric intake and excerise frequency. It takes calories to burn calories. If you eat too little, the body will assume starvation mode and hold on to anything it can. I've been there. good luck!0
