I like it a lot. I buy Trader Joe's flavored kind, either the honey or blueberry. They are not as sweet as yoplait, but they also have about half the sugar and twice as much protein. If you've ever had plain non fat yogurt with maybe a little honey, it's about the same kind of flavor, just thicker.

It comes in plain, too, which I mix with cucumbers and mint for a salad or pomegranate seeds and blueberries for a dessert treat!

It's like regular yogurt, except a lot of the extra liquid has been taken out, so it's thicker. Some folks use it in place of sour cream. Just be careful about the already sweetened and fruit filled kinds, because they have more calories.
I like the Fat Free plain, Trader Joe's brand with fresh fruit, and a little Splenda for extra sweetening. It's one of my regular breakfasts with 1/2 Greek, and 1/2 Organic Low Fat Plain with 1/4 cup Kashi granola.
    Num num.
