Weight Ins!

I know that weighing yourself each day can be hurtful especially when you don't see results. I was just wondering should I wait a week to two weeks before I do my check ins and record them?

I joined a gym and get weigh'd and measured once a month. I like it better that way, this way I get better results......
I don't mind waiting that month, it all depends on when you want to see results.0 -
I weigh in every Monday and only record when I lose:happy:
Good luck!0 -
Don't do it every day. Better to do it once a week or once every two weeks so you see changes.0

I weigh every day. It keeps me in check. It can only be hurtful if you aren't willing to deal with daily fluctuations. But most people weigh themselves weekly. Others I've seen have gotten upset with the scale and hid it from themselves for a month lol. Honestly its up to you.0

It's really up to you. Personally, I'm a weekly weigher with no peeking in between. It gives me a chance to catch problems if I lose too much or too little. I can look over my diary and make adjustments in what I'm eating. If I hit a plateau, I want to know it before two weeks is up but I don't want to obsess over daily weigh-ins. It's just what works for me.0

I weigh in daily and record once a week i don't let the small ups and downs bother me.0

I do better when I weigh daily. If I don't see my weight, I don't see it creeping upwards, and I don't make good decisions. When I eat poorly or stop exercising and the scale reflects that? That is my (almost) immediate reminder to kick it back in gear and get my stuff together.0

i weigh myself everyday (morning, noon, and night) just to see how what i eat affects me. but i weigh-in (mornings) once a week. i dont mind the scale changing during the day bc i know its going to happen. but if you have a hard time with the scale moving a lot, keep it at a min of once a week.0
