......what was your weight loss trend? I am on week 5. The first month, I lost pounds and inches. This month, I have put a few pounds back on (still too early to measure). I'm thinking it is muscle, as this month's schedule seems to have more sculpting and toning time. But mentally, it feels like a stall.

What are your thoughts?

  • Thats normal. After you start you will get to a point where your not responding like you would like but I promise it will start up again. Make sure your putting into it what you want to get out of it ;o)
