10 down before Christmas 2 places open

For people who are serious about losing a few pounds in the run up to christmas there are 2 slots open on our 10lbs down before christmas challenge

There are three elements to our challenge

1) mini challenge every week

2) communication via our threads

3) weigh ins on our spreadsheet every friday


There are 9 teams and currently 88 people on the challenge, 10 to a team. Each team has a captain. The teams compete against each other to lose weight each week. This is a very active group.


The rules: You must weigh in, if you miss weigh ins you lose your place. We mean business.
