HELP

I've been stuck at 170 for almost 2 weeks now! i need help. I've been eating pretty good and exercising. Do you think my body is getting used to my exercising?! I drink about 10 glasses of water every day and i stick to my calories. any suggestions?

That happens to me and sometimes to get it moving I do a double work out in one day. The last time I did a 90 minute spin and then went to a turbo kick an hour and half later. I have also done a higher calorie day and that has started the scale moving. Just hang in there you are doing great.0
