Goal : Lose 1.5 pounds a week = 6 pounds in 30 days

Requirements : Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
Limit sodium Mg 1500-1800 daily
Complete food diary daily
Sign up today ( be committed )


Core work: 3 times a week
Bike for 20-30 minutes a day for 5 days
Or
Walking 5 times a week ( 2 miles) or more
Or
Run 3 times a week at least for 30 minutes, or more
Included in this if you really want to feel the love oops burn

For those who are really up for the challenged try burning 3,500 calories total for the week.
It takes that amount to gain or lose a pound

    20 mins jog

    Was under calories ha ha ha it told me I wasnt eating enough : > Love that!!!!!!

    Well not sure when challenge starts but I guess I started early.

    20 min core and 30 min bike
    stayed under calories
    drank 8 glasses water
    went over sodium

    I would love to join the challenge. However, I'm currently apart of the Shades of Brown Challenge, 10 lbs by Thanksgiving Challenge, and the 6 weeks/ 6pack challenge) - which I started today. This is in addition ofcourse to my regularly scheduled workouts. I don't think my body can handle anymore. I just started working out again on 9/26/11.

    I am rooting for you guys though.

    Count me in would love to do the challenge. My goal is to lose 5-10 lbs by thanksgiving. I will continue my other workout schedule as well.

    Last night I got my planks in front for 30 seconds twice, and side planks on each side reach up and down for ten times on each side. Tonight is Body Combat, walking, and some major AB work.

    This week was successful. Down 2 more pounds. According to my pedometer progress report.
    Walk 19.4 miles
    Calories burn 4442
    Steps 44171
    I am tired . Lol
    City juice average 13 glasses ( 8 ounces ) a day

    I'm doing better since I have not been working late I am drinking more water and even thinking about Tazzy biking several times a week!

    Third week in the challenged this was the best week ever for me. Lost 6.5 pounds and the only thing differnt is that i started walking 3-4 miles 5 days a week. eating ground flax seed on my food Trying hard to stay under the sodium.I have 14 pound tp gp to reach my goal weight/. Must stay strong and focus.:bigsmile:

    Final count, I lost 10 pounds in November!! More than I expected! I met all my goals most days with a couple days over on sodium. Always met exercise requirements and water. Thanks once again Tazz!!!!!
