It has calories, quite a few tbh, so yes, you add it.

Yes, 250ml of orange juice has approximately 110cals in it (depending on brand I guess it might differ) as well as 25g of carbs (pretty much all of which is sugar). So yes, you should add it. xx

You add everything that goes into your mouth! This is the way we educate ourselves and sometime you'll be shocked by your old misconceptions.

Remember to add it to your water intake too.

Juice: all the sugar, none of the fiber.

You're better off eating a whole orange, but if you really like the juice, definitely add it to your log - those calories add up fast.

To echo everyone else... YES. And, if after doing so, it becomes a noticeable issue, try lower-calorie juices. Tropicana's Trop 50 has only 50 calories per serving. Diet V-8 Splash has 10, and Diet Ocean Spray juices have 5.

I'd recommend freshly squeezed orange juice. I know not everyone has the time to do it, but when you can it is absolutely delicious and tastes so much better than any store bought brand I've tried. :)
