I downloaded the iPhone app 20 minutes ago and I'm already hooked!

Have updated todays food and exercise
Set up my profile
Checked out the website version and now I'm here on the forums.

All I need now are some friends!

    Welcome to MFP, I have the app too and love it . . . . . . . . it helps to keep me honest with myself, so no excuses for forgetting things I have eaten as I add to my diary straight away. I love the barcode reader too good luck with your weight loss

    hi im clare i joined the site on friday after i was talking to someone who have lost 31 pound on here i too down loaded the app and yes im addicted to it i love how you can scan the bar code and the calorie come up for you,
