    Holy smokes!! You look great, keep up the great work!! Congrats on getting off the meds...that's my goal too. I take one BP med and I don't want to need any meds, so I can relate to your joy in that area!. Congratulations!

    Congratulations on your loss, but especially on the reduction of your meds. I'm currently on 5 meds for the same health issues you mentioned. My doctor is weaning me off of mine. Keep up the good work.

    Wow....a true inspiration, as I myself am only 3 weeks into my wieght loss journey and need to lose well over 100 lbs. You have proven it is possible and remind me of the example I want to set or my own neices and nephew. Thanks.
