    I would love to join in! I get to the gym 3 x a week but dont do anything the other 4 dyas but really want to get into the habit of getting some exercise in everyday! :)

    I am really looking forward to getting to know everyone and I think we'll all find this beneficial... and of course FUN!

    Hi all, managed to get in my 20 min workout, feeling great right now!!! I did JMs Ripped in 30, lvl 1.
    And walked for 40 min :)

    I didn't want to work out at all today! But I thought of this challenge, and I didn't want to get a bad start. I did 20 minutes of a Boot Camp cardio workout online :smooched:

    In honor of this challenge, I dragged myself down to the village for a Monday aqua aerobics class, so I got in 60 minutes for today. Yay!
