What is the one exercise that just kills you every time? For me , it's lunges, IDK why but every time I do lunges they wear me out immediately! I can do just about anything else but those lunges are killer!

anything that has to do with triceps.0

This will sound crazy but I absolutely hate leg curls with a passion. Hate them so much.
Deadlifts are more taxing overall, but leg curls .. ugh.
Lunges also.
And taking out the trash and picking up my socks sucks too but that's because I don't get rest days.0 -
Abs - I just don't get it, you'd think it would be natural to keep your abs engaged while exercising but I only do it when I'm reminded and forget 100's, crunches or leg lifts (for lower abs) - they kill me!!0

Housework.... Just hate it....0

Seriously though... Has to be ab work.0

Dive-bomber push-ups!!0

BURPEES!!! were invented by the devil., aka bob harper.0

Mine used to be push-ups, even the modified ones. I still don't like lifting, but the results sure outweigh my disliking them. So i keep it up!0

push-ups0

Running. Great while I'm doing it, but my hips hurt like whoa afterwards. (and, yes, I stretch afterwards and still am in pain). OUCH! (but it does my body such good that I'm loathe to stop)0

I would have to say ab work is one of the most challenging for me not only form wise but burn wise. Also for some odd reason while doing weight training I hate working out my upper back - its soo weak incomparsion to the rest of my body0

My list is so long! Lunges, for sure. Any sort of step-up. Abs. Push-ups. Etc :laugh:0

Burpees! I hear that. AND push-ups. Argh.0

Stride jumps. They just kill my knees.0

Burpees.....I HATE THEM!0

Anything that involves having my legs in the TRX, specifically atomic pushups! There is no need to make push ups any harder...:grumble:0

I can't follow anything with complex dance moves. They make me angry! I can do just about anything else, maybe not very many. I can run, but it's very hard on my skins and I just don't enjoy it.0

That has to be pull ups as i can't even do one, as i tried last week at the gym quite pathetic really!!0

For me too, it's pull up's. Being able to do ONE unassisted is my current fitness goal 8)0

Restraint. Sometimes it about kills me.0

for all of the JM fans out there....duck walk sucks, leg crosses suck, and and V-ups suck!!!
for all the non JM fans out there....running!!! I can kill myself on the elliptical for 45minutes no prob...but it takes me all of 2minutes while running to feel like I am gonna die!!0 -
Honestly, for me it's stationary bike. I want to like it and I want to be good/strong on it, but I just can't get over disliking it. I just feel like no matter how hard I try I can't get my heart rate up and it makes my legs ache in weird places that other exercises don't which makes me dial back instead of pushing harder. I think I may make it a goal for the winter since I'm still restricted to low impact exercises due to an injury to get better on the bike.0

Lunges are really problematic for me, but two others for me are 1.) Tricep dips [I think that's what they are called], and 2.) Pushups. Not the supposed 'Girly' ones either. I can only do about four or five before I'm on the ground.0

I used to get hip pain when running and like you stretching helped only the tiniest bit - turns out I have poor pelvic stability. 3 weeks of physiotherapy and the pain is gone. You, too, can be a runner if you want0 -
Stair mill! It's the machine that is similar to an escalator...it keeps on going, up and you have to keep up with it. Very tough and I'm usually on it during some high intensity interval training...YIKES!0
