What foods do you eat everyday?

I have a few staples that I eat daily without reservation.

Greek yogurt
oatmeal
almond butter
avocados
bananas
sweet potatoes

EVERYDAY! I love them!

    I have a bowl of Grape Nuts with a little maple syrup for breakfast and a bag of "greener selections" with a little oil and vinegar, croutons, and Gorgonzola for lunch almost every single day. EVERY. DAY. I like routine, I guess.

    Oh, and coffee.

    My entire diet consists of something purchased at Trader Joe's. It's much easier to keep my sodium intake down when I shop there exclusively :)

    I have my work day staples, but weekends i tend to be different, and some days my breaky changes if i run out of time.

    i have cereal with skim milk
    yoghurt (sually forme no fat)
    sandwhich (ham or peanut butter)
    fresh veggies for lunch which always includes cucumber, but also is usually carrot, capsicum, corn, cabbage, beans
    apples
    and again carrots with dinner, and usually beans and broccoli
