Good morning everyone,

i am new to the MFP website and boards, but i am certainly not new to dieting. i have done weight watchers and lost 88 pounds, but fell off the wagon or got burned out sorta say and i really want to get back to where i was before. i know it will take time and also know that it is not an overnight success. i had a great support group in WW, and i am asking for support here, if you would like to support me and be my friend on here i would very much appreciate it. i will also be a supporter of you if your so inclined to support me.
Thanks and hope to help yall in the future

Until you make a commitment to make it a lifestyle change you will never do it forever.

spoken like a true champion, the time has come for me to do this for ME, not everyone else in the world.
