Well...trying again....

I got so super happy when I found this site a few months ago... I got really motivated and truly began to watch how much I ate starting paying attention to portion sizes... I loved it.... Then of course the weekend comes and it kinda goes out the window... Then you see a friend hit a goal and you're so happy and get motivated again... then a rough day or so...

Then I've been waiting on my husband to help me work out and this weekend it finally hit me... I'm using all that as a very large crutch to not do anything.... So I'm starting again... My goals are obtainable just takes some hard work of actually working out and staying on eating right....
