:frown: I am a middle age woman who has struggled with losing middle age fat. No matter how much I exercise, it doesn't want to go away. Any suggestions?

Are you sticking to your goals? Eating Clean? Drinking a lot of water? If so maybe it's time to talk to the Doctor and have some test done. Good luck.:flowerforyou:
  • I'm the same way. I'm sticking to the calorie limit & exercising daily on the elliptical doing a vigorous workout. I'm losing but not as fast as I want too. I am considering adding green tea & water to my workouts (I love diet sodas) and not eating as much red meat and pasta. I want this to go faster than it is. Want to join me?

I've found that exercising longer, at a slower pace, works better for me.

I understand as I am there also. My scales are not moving but I have upped my workouts and weights. So, my body is looking more toned.

Are you losing the suggested 1 - 2 lbs per week?

If so, how long have you been at it?

From what I have read, your body will consume excess fat in the reverse order to when it was stored. In other words, the last on is the first to go.

For me, I first noticed a change in my cheeks & neck, after that it was my butt & legs. My tummy has decreased but I still have much work to do.

I have been seriously working at this since last April. It was July before I started "seeing" results in the mirror.

Good luck and keep on going!
