Need help Inputting Data

Not quite sure how to make this more precise. Im in the gym about 60-70 minutes and do a body building workout, wearing sweat pants and heavy fleeces, finished off by leg raises and a mile run with a pack on, anyone know how to calculate this to make it more accurate on here?

Get a heart rate monitor... find one with a calorie tracker. However long you workout, depending on your hear rate, your calories will display accurately.0
