I've got some Galaxy Instant Hot Chocolate Drink.
It has 98kcal (5%) 16.3g Sugars (18%) 2.5g Fat (4%) per serving (25g)
Would it hinder my attempts to lose weight if I consume 1 serving everyday before bed?
I find it hard to get to sleep and usually go bed about 1am. Does anyone else have trouble getting to sleep?

yeah i'll still be in a deficit0 -
As long as you make sure to have enough room for it in your day, you should be fine.0
-
agreed! Have your hot chocolate, just make sure you stay below to keep your deficit. =-)0
-
Have you tried the Swiss Miss diet hot chocolate? It only has 25 calories per serving.0
-
It's fine...as long as you still have the calories for it. I drink either a cup of tea or sugar free hot cocoa every night to help me unwind. The sugars tend to be from the milk.0

Or Cadbury's Options - so many delish flavours and only 40 calories per serving!0
-
I have options hot chocolate sachets at 40 calories each for when I need a chocolate fix- I find it important that I don't deprive myself or I will end up reaching for the chocolate biscuits! As long as you work it into your daily calorie amount you will be fine!0

Where do you get the Cadbury options?0

Well, I live in England so if you are in America maybe you can't get them! (which is such a shame 'cos they're LOVELY)0 -
