Hi, My name is Tiffany. I am a 31 year old mother of 2 and looking to take back control of my health and weight. I have been playing around on myfitnesspal for a couple months but I am finally ready to get started. Any feedback or words of wisdom that has helped your journey I would love to hear.

    Log in everyday and log in everything. Get a network of some MFP friends who can motivate and support you.

    Not just logging in everyday but making an effort to plan on it helped me. As of yesterday I logged in 40 days straight. It has to become habit forming and absolutely log everything, otherwise you are just trying to fool yourself.
