sorry guys.... had to share..... I did my BMI this morning and for the first time in 20+ years I'm OVER WEIGHT instead of OBESE!!!!

    My word, that's some amount of weight you've lost! Makes my efforts seem pitiful!

    Many many congratulations. There was nearly a 21-gun salute in our house when my wife crossed a BMI threshold in the right direction recently!

    Good for you. the last time I checked I was in the Obese category also.. just slightly. I have lost 15 pounds now.. so, I wonder if I moved to Overwieght. What a funny and delightful Post. Congratulations!
