I have a used Bowflex sitting on my third floor getting dusty. I have the workout book, but I'm having trouble setting up a good regemin for basic toning. Any ideas?

Start out on light weight and lots of reps and work your way up to heavier weight. You could alternate work on your upper body and lower body (every other day per half), and rest one day a week. Also do walking or any aerobic movement for 30 minutes each day (except the one day off). I did that with a group of friends and felt great. My bowflex is now sitting dustily on my 2nd floor, but I think I have talked myself into using it again! Thanks!!0
