feeling icky still

okay so this last weekend was rough.. for most people! i definitely gave myself a break and ate lots of good stuff this last weekend but now im feeling so gross. i just need to write this to remind myself that i need to get back on board with my calorie goals and STICK TO IT! no more crazy holiday eating! ew!

    I'm with you! I also WAY over-indulged... and it carried over into today, too! Definitely not feeling so hot right now.

    But that's okay because we're going to start fresh right now!! Good luck with the rest of your week! :D

    Ugh, me too! I ate worse the last few days then I have in weeks! What is it about the holiday's that makes us feel like we have an excuse? Get back in the gym tomorrow...just don't stress out too much over it...one weekend or day won't derail all you've worked for.

    Well, we're only human and these things happen sometimes.

    Don't beat yourself up for it.

    You know how good it feels to be healthy so that should be enough motivation to just get back into the groove again.
