    I have PCOS! Not fun. I am from Michigan, but feel free to add me. I am 29 years old and have been trying to lose my weight for 3 years now and before now haven't had much success. I was diagnosed in 2007. I am on a Low Glycemic Index plan but don't always follow it closely. My key has been getting my sodium and portion sizes under control and exercising almost every day for at least 30-90 minutes.
