Day 1, Level 1 completed today.0 -
JUST finished day 2 of level 1. However, I am hurting in the front of my knees. My boyfriend said I have patella tendonitis or something like that. I'm just going to ice them tonight. I think it may be the side lunges at the end...my knees may possibly be going past my toes. That or all the cardio jumping around is too much. Either way...some ice and anti-inflammatory should do the trick. Feeling stronger though even though I woke up sore all over. Plus I've been going to spinning. Can't wait to take after picture and see the hard work pay off!!0

Im starting tomorrow!! Ive done it before, those of you who commented on painful knees be very careful with how much excercise you are doing outside of Shred. I made that mistake last time0

For all the 30 Day Shred Fans, I have a question. How do you track your exercise? I realize people will burn differend amounts of calories depending on what you weigh even though the amount of time is the same.0
