Mile Challenge for 11/07 - 11/13, open group

I made it through C25K W3D1! :bigsmile: That last 3 minute stretch was tough but I did it! Now to report the miles:
tageekly (Teresa), Group A, 3.38 miles
It was the last minute that was the killer for me! It was a bit easier on D2 though
I'm hoping to complete W3 tomorrow - if I get up early enough!
I think I've been doing this challenge since PB started it - was 10 miles, then 15, then 25 and now 35. I wouldn't be up for C25K without her
Group C - 7.3 miles for Tuesday
I actually started creating the mile challenges the same week I started C25K (12 weeks ago! My gosh!), since I wanted some sort of motivation to make sure I was using my new treadmill. I'm pretty glad that we've opened it up to other exercise miles too, the idea of running 35 miles in a week is enough to make me cry a bit. I loved C25K, I couldn't have started running without it. As it is, I comfortably run a mile about 3 times a week, and sometimes push for more. Happy!
And yep, Lazyspice, I commonly refer to you as my co-pilot when chatting with husband about the challenge. You've been with me since the beginning, which is pretty awesome. You better watch out, if we keep doubling our members every week I'm going to start putting you to work on the spreadsheet0 -
I'm a total geek when it comes to spreadsheets - I ADORE them! :laugh:
And I love that our little group is growing - it's so inspiring to see everyone increasing their totals!0 -
Finished for the day! Tuesday 4.81 miles for Group B. Thanks again for doing this! It really keeps me going!0

You can still join in this week - all you have to do is post on this thread each day what group you're in and how many miles you've done.
For example:
"Group A - 2.5 miles for Sunday"
That's it! Nice and easy - PlunderBunneh will post a list each day giving everyone's totals so far for the week0 -
