well, i put crushed red pepper flakes in EVERYTHING ... even the kids stuff...they need to suck it up and grow hair on their chests

but also hot sauce in general... I love Cholula and we have so many other hot sauces at home. I even have a miniature Tobasco bottle that I keep in my purse.0 -

Goodness.... I'm a plain jane kind of gal I guess. I put plain yellow mustard on everything..... Morning Star "burgers", extra lean turkey meatloaf, whole wheat toast, popcorn, my finger (though the finger remains when I'm finished), I even once put some on a plain kashi waffle and wrapped it around a chicken breast in a moment of desperation0

I've read a number of articles that claim to be based on studies however I've yet to see an actual study that tested this hypothesis. If I come across something I'll let y'all know.0 -

Does bacon count as a condiment? That has been my weakness but I've managed to switch to extra lean turkey bacon at least.

Dan T's Inferno Raspberry Chipotle Grilling and Finishing Sauce--A little goes a long way, but this is amazing stuff! Sweet and hot (maybe warm not hot). Yummy! Sam's Club has it. It's great on meats, salmon, veggies and cheese and crackers.0
