    well, i put crushed red pepper flakes in EVERYTHING ... even the kids stuff...they need to suck it up and grow hair on their chests :)

    ..edited to read: i dont torture them with it tho...i just use less in theirs :)

    ^^^This^^^ I have three bottles in the fridge at home two at the office. Love that stuff! It's not good in oatmeal though. Don't try that. It's tough to choke down. lol!

    Seems to be quite a bit of us who like the hot stuff. Does anyone have any legitimate citations of cayenne boosting the metabolism or is that just more bro-science I have been a victim of? :)

    but also hot sauce in general... I love Cholula and we have so many other hot sauces at home. I even have a miniature Tobasco bottle that I keep in my purse.

    I put Franks Red Hot Extra Hot, or homemade habenaro sauce on everything.

    Goodness.... I'm a plain jane kind of gal I guess. I put plain yellow mustard on everything..... Morning Star "burgers", extra lean turkey meatloaf, whole wheat toast, popcorn, my finger (though the finger remains when I'm finished), I even once put some on a plain kashi waffle and wrapped it around a chicken breast in a moment of desperation

    Yeah, I love Sriracha on almost anything, but that sounds really disgusting!....

    I've read a number of articles that claim to be based on studies however I've yet to see an actual study that tested this hypothesis. If I come across something I'll let y'all know.

    Does bacon count as a condiment? That has been my weakness but I've managed to switch to extra lean turkey bacon at least.

    I have four others: black pepper, salsa (of pretty much any variety) and I cook with chili powder or cumin in almost everything!

    Dan T's Inferno Raspberry Chipotle Grilling and Finishing Sauce--A little goes a long way, but this is amazing stuff! Sweet and hot (maybe warm not hot). Yummy! Sam's Club has it. It's great on meats, salmon, veggies and cheese and crackers.
