    Seems to be quite a bit of us who like the hot stuff. Does anyone have any legitimate citations of cayenne boosting the metabolism or is that just more bro-science I have been a victim of? :)

    I've read a number of articles that claim to be based on studies however I've yet to see an actual study that tested this hypothesis. If I come across something I'll let y'all know.

    Does bacon count as a condiment? That has been my weakness but I've managed to switch to extra lean turkey bacon at least.

    I have four others: black pepper, salsa (of pretty much any variety) and I cook with chili powder or cumin in almost everything!

    Dan T's Inferno Raspberry Chipotle Grilling and Finishing Sauce--A little goes a long way, but this is amazing stuff! Sweet and hot (maybe warm not hot). Yummy! Sam's Club has it. It's great on meats, salmon, veggies and cheese and crackers.
