Calories in Coffee?

Looking for some help guys ...
I just had a coffee in work, freshly ground, in a 16oz cup with semi skimmed milk and no sugar.
The database has a whole range of calories for this and I have no idea how much it would be, any ideas?!

I would assume the coffee to have 5 cal or less per 8oz serving. I just skip recording black coffee because I deem it a "free" food. Whatever. So I would measure the amount of milk (and sweeteners but you didn't use any) and record that.0
