any one doing zumba work outs. if so when you put them in the log what are you logging them as? cant seem to find it.

    go to zumbacalories.com and then you can manually enter. They provide the best estimate for you if you don't have a HRM =D
  • I used a HRM to get my calories burned in an hour and created my own exercise, but before that, I was doing belly dancing or aerobic modern dance. They aren't as accurate as a HRM though.

    Where do you do Zumba? home or gym?

    I enter it as Aerobics (High/Low) and use the numbers from my HRM for calories burned.

    I do zumba classes and usually burn 850 kcal a class which is quite a bit higher than what zumbacalories.com estimated.

    I was looking for the same thing...I just entyered my fitness under- Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist-60 minutes

    I use my Fitbit. I record my calorie burn before I start and after and count the difference.
