I was searching the food databank for a beef tournedos and MFP suggested beef donut!!!?

    Beef donut? Hehe...

    I inputted a personal recipe (NOT in the database!) for turkey muffins and it might be along the same lines. I got the recipe from Jamie Eason, and it's very healthy using turkey meat, celery, oats, egg whites, and seasoning. It's really a meatball cooked in the oven using a muffin pan.

    I would hope a "beef donut" is similar to that...
