Birthday Celebrations

Options
Tomorrow (11/11/11!) is my birthday. I'm debating the merits of chocolate vs. wine vs. cheesecake and how much is NOT too much? Do I give up lunch? Or try and squeeze in an extra hour of exercise? Or do I celebrate with a carrot?
How have you celebrated your birthday while trying to lose weight?

Don't know if it's the correct way to go about it, but when i know i want to celebrate with food I will skip a meal...usually breakfast, or make it really small. I know it's bad, but I have to splurge sometimes...we all do!

I'd try to get a work out in and then just enjoy your day! Happy birthday!

I try to eat really well and get a good solid workout in first thing in the morning. Then I can splurge. Then a good workout next day as well....just in case ;)

Thanks for the birthday wishes and the advice. I think I'll be adding an extra workout to my morning and then relax and have some birthday chocolate and wine. Thanks again!
