Ankles burn???

Idk if this has happened to anyone but id love to understand this?!?!

When ever I go for a walk it can be a few minutes or 20 minutes into it that my ankles actually feel like they are burning... Also I feel like one leg is stronger then the other but Im not sure if thats due to the fact that I broke my ankle a few years back.... Any ideas of warm ups I can do to help this,?

    I always stretch before going for a walk and make sure i drink lots of water

    Make sure you stretch well. Do ankle rolls, point and flex your feet. You might also think about doing those stretches with weights to strengthen your ankles.

    Try to stretch before you start like everyone is saying But then Again when you're say 10 to 20 minutes into your walk. This will help til you strengthen the muscles and connective tissues.

    Learn some really good stretches (ones that feel good to you) and of course stretch when you've completed your exercise.

    Go to a chiropractor and ask to have your hips checked. If one is out of alignment, it will affect everything else in your body. It could be coming from just about any joint that is misaligned, but my first guess is hip.
