1. In response to my family's daily question about what's for dinner - "Well, I have xxx calories left for the day, so....."
2. Holy cow!! Look how much sodium this has in it!
3. How is that [name of food] prepared, please?

"Can I have a salad instead of fries?"
My boyfriend has a new saying too: "So what are you doing after the gym?" (instead of after work, since now it is obvious that I will be going to the gym after work)0 -
"Have I eaten enough today?"
"No thanks, but it looks really good!" (when someone offers a bite of their food.)
"I'm such an early bird! I love getting up before the sun and working out!" (I used to be jobless and sleep until the afternoon and then do nothing all day and now I get up at 4:45 every morning to do some P90X baby!!!)0 -

2) "So I got up at 4:30 this morning and went for a 10k run before work..."

"Can I have a water please?" (OMG That one is huge for me, I drink nothing but water besides my coffee. I went from nothing but soda to 1 coffee and the rest water all day. I sometimes drink 90ounces a day.)

Actually, I spent so many time over last years to gather information, to read, and well, to worry about food and nutrition, with all the psychological cues, that everything I read here, is something I 've already gone through somehow. That doesn't mean anything, since MFP it's a useful REMINDER and a good way to share struggles about food and weight issues, you know, in real and DAILY life, out of magazines and books

Honestly, None of this stuff. I eat what I want, when I want and I do ok.
I went to a wedding last night and was telling everyone in sight how much weight I've lost... and of course I got the jealous looks, but w/e. I know I look good!0 -
