I went from 187 to 167.1 in 41 days using My Fitness Pal! I have a lot to go but this is my progress so far.

    Great job to you!!! Kinda depressing for me though. 150 days in and I've only lost 30. Oh well, I'll reach my goal eventually.

    20 since I officially started MFP

    Thanks everyone...
    I have been eating 1200 calories daily and running a 3 miles a day. I do the 30 day shred, but only once a week. I do strength training every night after my kiddos go to sleep.

    I am burning about 400 calories a day. Some days more or less, usually withing 300-500 range. I am not eating my exercise calories back.

    WAY TO GO!!!! that's absolutely awesome. I've been here around the same amount of time and i've managed 8 pounds but have seen inches come off quite fast. keep it up- you're awesome!
