Mission: lose 20 pounds

OMG, I have regained most of my pregnancy weight this past year. I've gained 15 pounds and since I'm 40...I know it'll take just a little longer to lose because my metabolism isn't what it was...well...nothing is what it was....

    Well, now that you know... go for it! You CAN lose it, you WILL lose it!
    Don't get down on yourself, hold your head high and sweat it off =)

    Hi Chicagomaria.. 39 here and I've already managed to take 12 lbs off just with a little bit of cardio and watching what I eat.. I just started a more intense program a few weeks back and I'm still watching the lbs fall off.

    Just be realistic.. 1-2 lbs a week and you'll be there in no time. :D

    Thanx for the kind words on encouragement...yes, what I need to realize...and I know will frustrate me is that since my metabolism is a little slower now, I need to have alot of patience...like my sister told me.....YOU'RE NOT IN YOUR 20's ANYMORE


    yes...it looks like I'll be trying to lose maybe a pound or two a week...
