so, here i am today, 70lbs down in about 5 months. its bittersweet since today is exactly 10wks since i lost my guy. but as my mfp family knows, i am trying to stay on plan for him- and continue to be a good momma even though he isn't here physically.

so here is the like one before pic of me in existence and me this am.......

    Wow! you look incredible, congrats on a great achievement - you now know, you are a lot stronger than you may have previously thought because you will always have your lovely Mayer-angel on your shoulder guiding you through life.
