Well today I went shopping at Express with the wife. I tried on a pair of jeans, never did I think I would fit into jeans from Express, a buddy of mine tells me they run a little small usually. I tried on some 36 x 30 and they fit perfectly even over my belly not where I usually wear them under the belly. Just to put things in perspective, back in January my suit pants that I would wear over my belly were a 60" waist. Not bad for a lot of hardwork. So I guess 2 feet off the waist.

Great job.. since i joined MFP I tried a pair of 32w jeans on today..i got into them for the first time in a year..
started at 224.5 on 9/13/11..currently 212-211..0 -
