HELP

I need help does anybody know of low fat/lowcal snacks. I also have to watch my sugar intake. So here is my problem all day when I am at work I do really good with the eating. But when I get home I act like I am starving :sad: what is going on. I want to eat everything in sight. So I need something to tied me over while I am making dinner for my kids and myself. If anybody has any advice I would really appreciate it. Thanks a bunch.

    Is it true HUNGER?
    Are u eating enough during the day...could it be emotional/stress, rather than true hunger
    I like string cheese/nuts.....string cheese is 80/90 cals and filling
    I also like Kashi bars 140-180.....the rolls are great a little more high cal but def filling

    Thank you all for your good ideas. I think it does have a lot to do with stress. I am fixing my apartment up and throwing out alot of stuff and that is overwhelming for me since I am a pack rat. So it most likely is that then anything.
