My 90 days with MFP, starting weight of 198 pounds. End weight of 176.8 pounds, total of 21.2 pounds lost.
I did a 500 calorie deficit per day, and started doing cardio 5 days a week the final 2 months. Main goal was weight loss. I will continue my same routine until December, then switch to maintenance calories. I plan to bulk, and hit the weights hard in January for 3 months.
Before and after pics.
Me, lol

Dude! Great job! I'm in a similar boat. Currently at 217 now, looking to drop to 180. If you got those results in 90 days, while doing a 500 calorie deficit and cardio, I feel good about my chances. Thanks for sharing!0

Thanks a ton!
I feel great, fit in my old favorite clothes again, and just have more energy. I'm happy to have my daily trip to the rec center be a habit now, I feel wrong if I miss, and I've only missed once in two months.
I'd like to get down to 165 we'll see!0
