I'm 22. It's great that there's so many people in our age group on here, I never would have guessed. It's great that we can help support each other and share tips. I think it's really different than most other times in life, especially if you're living the college lifestyle. So I think we can all relate much better on the difficulties of staying on track.

Hey y'all I just turned 23. I'm a single mom (divorced) and a full time student. I want to lose about 41lbs to be at my ideal body weight. I've lost 13lbs so far this year and hope to meet my goal of 41lbs by the end of 2012. I just joined this site yesterday and love how easy it is to count calories! I'm hoping this helps me shed some weight quicker and stay motivated.
I don't have any friends on here and need some to keep me motivated. Goodnight y'all!0 -

22, just finishing up my undergraduate degrees and heading off to grad school next fall. i'm not trying to lose weight right now, just kinda maintaining. sometimes it's hard balancing school and health, so it's great that there are supportive communities like this one.0

I am 23 and at the end of my college days (I graduate in May). My goal is to slim down and keep it off. I have been doing a lot more for myself this semester, working out daily, keeping track of my intake (THANK YOU MFP), and getting encouragement from my mom and sister plus some new friends from this site.

Hey! I'm 20. My goal is to lose 15 pounds. My biggest obstacle is the exercising, I need to become consistent and actually enjoy exercising that way I do it often. I was doing well for a month but then I stopped and haven't worked out in like 2 weeks, anotherarea to work at is my sugar content is always too high, as I have a love of sweets.0

im 21 and a huge fan of MFP. Im really slow with my weight loss as I am trying to get to a weight...I have never been before in my life *_* so it seems I shall be here a while...i am looking to lose around 15-20 more pounds though.
