    You are close to your calorie goal, but your dinner is carrot juice. Don't you think you might get hungry between lunch and bedtime?

    Oh, by today you mean...TOMORROW. There's stuff in FRIDAY.

    Why are you loading up so much in the morning? I'd rather eat a balanced amount throughout the day. Carrot juice does not a dinner make.

    Funny thing is, even though you are under your goal and pretty good on the macros, you just aren't eating a whole lot of anything. You can lose weight that way, but I bet you will be hungry all the time. Also, it doesn't seem to have enough veggies and fruit to give you the vitamins and minerals you need.

    Just wanted to mention that here in Australia it IS Friday ;) I can tell the OP is Australian or NZ by the brands she listed in her diary.

    Aside from that, I don't think carrot juice is much of a meal, especially not for lunch AND dinner :S Maybe if it was a mix of different fruits and veggies or a smoothie...

    Wow, people are so rude on this site. OP, I would ditch the juice and eat actual fruits and veggies. 180 calories could get you 3 cups of spinach, a tomato, a zucchini, an apple, and a peach. Maybe try spreading out your calories a little more, and add some lean protein into your dinner with the fruits and veggies-tenderloin, lean beef, chicken, etc.

    I too make Breakfast my largest meal but not to this extreme. I aim for about half of what you ate (400-500). My snacks are usually 100-200 and Lunch/Dinner 200-300 with a total of 1200-1300. I have to agree with what everyone is saying about ditching the juice and replacing it with real fruit or vegetables. They will fill you up more. I didn't look at the sodium that came from the juice (some can have high levels) but I know I'd find a better bacon if you are going to eat it. I aim to stay under 500 mg. Hope this helps!
