Fat vs Muscle

Most likely a lot of you have seen this already, but my trainer showed me this picture this week. Lately I've been stuck at the same weight. As you can see from this picture 5 pounds of fat is much larger than 5 pounds of muscle. Muscle is heavier by volume than fat so, just because I'm not losing a ton of weight doesn't mean I'm not losing inches. Hope this motivates some of you
