    Oh and I wanted to say this to all of you, some who may just be starting their journey...

    If you are looking at the pics wishing you could do it, 11 months ago I was YOU. Looking at these stories thinking "wow, I wish I could do that".

    Whether you have 10 lbs to go or over a 100 lbs like I did, you WILL SUCCEED if you tell yourself you want to.

    Eat healthy and go for walks. That's what I did.

    Every time I see a post like this I wish I would have kept a pair of pants from when I first started losing weight just so I could have pictures similar to these. But, alas, I did not. As soon as the weight came off and the pants started looking ridiculous, I donated them.
